Last day of yr 2006! Hrmmm. How or where do I start? Well, Im recharged now, after the last of rest from yesterday's event. Everything seems so yesterday. 2006 has just gone by like that and now its the first day of the new year. Anyway, Happy New Year! Yesterday was one of my most memorable day in my pathetic life. Went down to downtown east's countdown show for year 2007. Woohoo! Still, everything went by too quickly, (except while we were waiting to enter the hall), sat through most of the performances with a sian sian face till it was Soul's turn to perform. =D It was really really nice to see them on stage again- doing what they do best,performing strings of songs for us like wdmkf, jiu shi wo(real cool!),for you,more than words(this was a first and it was sorta special), and rising sun(their specialty=D). And I always get those weird feelings when i feel like they are sort of looking/smiling at you, but you just arent sure that it's you that kind of thing. Hrmm. Counting down with the rest of the singapore, soul, and soul fans was some thing I hadnt done so in the previous years so it's like quite heart-warming to see us all cheering together and screaming.'10.9.8.7.6.5.4.3.2.1!'Happy New Year! This kind of feeling is kinda rare but sweet. Was sweating hard throughout though! People were dancing away and yes, there's this 'crazy' guy who stood beside me who was just HIGHing all the way. Kinda pissed off at him first, but seriously he meant no harm.( I may seem like im very civilised myself, which is NO okay) Nothing against him anyway. happy new year too!(Well, that's another story so let me get back to the point...) Wheee, i really enjoyed myself thouroughly during the whole thing(well, most of it). Actually quite overwhelmed by the turn of events that its hard to describe. Everything was better than what i expected. (except that i had to walk home at 0130. =( ) Thanks to JIAJIA,STELLA,LILING, and even mavis and laychoo(coz i jus know them thru stella) for the ever-friendly smiles. hah. and ... it's also hard to express in words...Anyway, Soul was superb! Really wish the best for them! SO now im doing myself the favour of posting up pictures ! have fun browsing! =) me and the very cute but notti jiajia, muz be guai hor!  Our heads.  the toilet has a nice background!  Still on it...  okay,an rather bleak attempt at posing...  Tada! Our SOUL galores^_^  Liling and Stella lighting up wasted firecrackers! Hah. it was hilarious!  And the infamous barbeque pit... no 2222. AHAHAHA!  Just something to link it.. =p  Lighted up and all geared up for the....  There you see it, a pix paints a thousand words (=  OMG!! The rest are just pixs, you know, from a soul fan lar! The pictures arent really complimenting on their boyband image but yes, it's still them. They rocked the stage! look at awi's and ishi's expression..~~ woots  continue looking at their expressions...  finally, one of the slightly most righteous picture. (=  Singapore's pride!  Awi do make a good host..haha  Alfred's looking real ______ (fill in whatever you think he is....) =p  Clap!Clap!Clap! Im getting real boring and lame. Hurhur  Last few minutes of year 2006...  4 more seconds to year 2007!  and.. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!! Hugs and Cheers for All!  I know it's all blurry and fuzzy, but it's the best i could do with all those sparks and whatever that is making that place blurry and clouding the stage and the crowd...  They are so kawaiiiiii!  when you take pictures from a lower to a higher angle... I think it's rather cool though. (=  When the mrt is empty...  You can afford to fool around!...   Oh. and the deal about walking home late at night...  The road seems so sinister and lonely. Darkness surrounds you with only the street lights dimly lighting up that is just enough to guide you the way home. So I was really glad when I reached the void deck of my block.Hee. (= That's all i guess. At least now when sylvia is glaring at me impatiently.... |
